The Discipline Revolution Project is a coalition of advocates, educators, and other leaders dedicated to moving past theoretical arguments towards practical solutions to end the school-to-prison pipeline once and for all.

The Discipline Revolution Project has propelled community-wide conversations and collective action to radically rethink school discipline and its connection to law enforcement across diverse stakeholders. Cami and her team have worked with young activists, advocates, police, higher education leaders, and systems leaders in cities like Los Angeles, Phoenix, and Memphis and states and rural counties in Texas and Louisiana. Cami has also weighed in on national policy and is consulted regularly on issues such as police-free schools and emotional and physical safety in schools.
